MY STORY

How it all started

Before fully immersing myself in digital transformation consulting, organizational transformation, and AI, my career took unexpected yet formative turns. My time in the cosmetics industry as a marketing manager exposed me to a world focused on image and aesthetics. I still recall choosing between five shades of red for a Valentine’s Day campaign— an experience that made me question the value I was adding. At that moment, I realized that I needed a career with more meaning to me. A career with a profound, authentic impact, where I could offer solutions that genuinely added value.

It was a pivotal moment. I decided to leave a role where aesthetics took precedence, and transition into a new field—consulting—where I could solve complex problems, contribute to deep change, and provide sustainable solutions. Thus, my shift to management and strategy consulting began.

How I built my expertise

Consulting offered me the opportunity to tackle complex challenges while accelerating my personal and professional development. In this demanding environment, I quickly learned to combine versatility, rapid skill development, and a deep understanding of client needs. Few people thrive in this world, but for me, it was the perfect setting to develop specialized expertise and a strategic vision.

With determination, I progressed from Junior consultant to Senior manager. I had the opportunity to work with over 20 international clients, deliver more than 30 diverse projects in B2B, B2C, B2G, and B2B2C contexts, and engage with 10 different sectors.

My contributions extended beyond client delivery. I built strategic partnerships, actively participated in business development, led multidisciplinary teams, managed multiple projects simultaneously, and delivered training. This journey allowed me to acquire specialized expertise, but above all, to develop a holistic and strategic approach to transformations.

A new Step, A new Momentum

After more than 12 years of experience in consulting, I decided to take a new step by becoming an independent consultant. This transition represents much more than just a change of status: it embodies my desire to offer high-value solutions, tailor-made to address the digital, organizational, and technological transformation challenges that businesses face.

This new chapter allows me to combine my past experiences with a more personalized approach, adapted to the specific needs of each client. My goal is clear: to offer them innovative solutions, aligned with their ambitions, that generate real impact.

Just six months into working independently, I’ve already had the opportunity to collaborate with two clients from diverse industries. These initial projects confirmed that my tailored approach meets a genuine demand from ambitious organizations. But my commitment doesn’t stop there.
