  • Defined an AI strategy and identified use cases to optimize operational efficiency for a manufacturing client.

  • Conducted benchmarking and scoped the deployment of a Voice Recognition solution for a B2B mobility audio player.

  • Implemented COPILOT for Microsoft 365 (POC to industrialization) for the Executive Management of a healthcare provider.

  • Defined the launch strategy for an AI-based personalized recommendation solution for the U.S. market for a petcare company.

  • Designed a new bike-sharing mobile application for a Mobility provider, as Product Manager.

  • Conducted a 360° audit of the Bynder digital solution (Data Asset Management) to define a 2-year evolution roadmap for a Marketplace.

  • Defined an e-commerce strategy and assisted in selecting tools for search and online merchandising for a luxury goods company.

Program Management & Change Management

  • Structured and managed a €2.9 million innovation and transformation program for a player in the energy sector.

  • Managed a portfolio of cross-functional projects for an agricultural cooperative’s IT transformation.

  • Led a €5 million international transformation program for corporate clients of a banking institution.

  • Managed the international deployment of MS Dynamics ERP for a B2B pharmaceutical distributor.

Customer Experience (CX) & Employee Experience (EX)

  • Defined the omnichannel customer experience strategy for a retailer, leveraging AI-driven insights.

  • Launched an omnichannel and multilingual customer service in EMEA for a luxury brand (Maison) as Customer Care Director.

  • Led the transformation of the customer experience and quality department for a luxury hospitality brand, as Director of Customer Experience.

  • Proposed a customer service reorganization strategy for 460 stores of a major retail chain.

  • Optimized omnichannel experiences for a retailer by enhancing both in-store and online interactions for a seamless, personalized customer journey.

  • Rolled out a Voice of Customer (VoC) program internationally to accelerate the D2C strategy for a petcare company.

  • Scoped the international deployment of MS Dynamics CRM across 20 countries for a B2B flooring company.

Master Plans

  • Defined a Logistics Master Plan to improve operational and logistical efficiency for a postal service provider.

  • Defined an IT Master Plan for a food industry client.

Digitalization & Process Automation
