I’m Issaad El Khalfi but you can call me Isa. I am an experienced consultant in digital, organizational, and technological transformation. With over 12 years of experience, I have supported companies of all sizes – from multinational corporations to innovative SMEs – in their transformation processes, whether strategic, organizational, technological, or business-related.

I work across various sectors, including retail, luxury, energy, banking, automotive, and services, offering a tailored approach that combines strategic vision with agile execution. Passionate about innovation and new technologies, particularly AI, I guide my clients through complex environments to help them achieve their goals.
